Orange County residents save over $200,000 with ProAct health insurance planGOSHEN – Residents of Orange County who have used the ProAct Prescription Drug discount Card program since its inception in June have saved over $200,000.The program, which is at no cost to county residents, offers an average of 44 percent savings on prescriptions. So far, over 5,700 have been filled under the program.
